No. Everything is handled completely online. You never need to leave home.
What states do you serve?
Our primary service area is within about 50 miles of our Apple Valley location — throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities — where transportation is included. We also care for families farther out across Minnesota; for locations beyond our primary area a travel fee applies, always quoted upfront. Contact us and we'll confirm availability for your specific location.
How long does the cremation process take?
Typically 7–14 days from the time we take your loved one into our care, depending on the time needed for death certificate processing.
