We built Everfare Direct because the process deserved better.

Everfare Direct was built on a single idea: that families deserve a better, more dignified way to handle cremation arrangements — without the pressure, the complexity, or the need to leave home.

Andrew Yaggie and Jesse Starkson first met at the University of Minnesota, where they both earned their Bachelor of Science degrees in Mortuary Science. What began as a shared education in funeral service has grown into a shared vision: to make cremation arrangements simpler, more transparent, and more compassionate for families during one of life's most difficult moments.

Together, Andrew and Jesse share a deep respect for the funeral profession and for the families it serves. They understand that cremation arrangements should be clear, dignified, and easy to navigate — without sacrificing the compassion, guidance, and trust families deserve. Everfare was created to bring that balance forward: professional care from licensed funeral directors, delivered through a simpler online experience.

At its heart, Everfare is not just about technology or convenience. It is about people. Andrew and Jesse believe families deserve honest guidance, responsive support, and a process that feels calm and manageable when life feels anything but. Through Everfare, they are committed to serving families with the same care, integrity, and professionalism that first drew them both to funeral service.

Andrew Yaggie
Licensed Funeral Director & Entrepreneur

Andrew's path has included both funeral service and entrepreneurship. A licensed funeral director in Minnesota and North Dakota, Andrew also brings extensive experience as a business owner, real estate team leader, investor, and technology consultant.

His background in building systems, leading teams, and using technology to create better client experiences has made Everfare an especially meaningful project: a way to combine professional funeral care with a more streamlined, customer-focused process.

Simplifying end-of-life with dignity and clarity

Traditional funeral homes were designed for a different era. The process often involves multiple in-person visits, confusing pricing, and decisions made under emotional duress. We knew there was a better way.

Everfare was created to give families a clear, compassionate alternative. Everything is handled online — from the initial notification to the signing of documents to the return of remains. You stay home. We handle the rest.

We're not trying to replace the meaning of this moment. We're trying to remove the unnecessary burden so families can focus on what truly matters: being together.
