To process payment. We transmit payment information to our third-party payment processor (Stripe) to charge for services. We do not retain full payment card numbers.
To communicate with you. We use your contact information to provide updates on the status of services, respond to your questions, and send documents requiring your review or signature.
To comply with legal obligations. We are required by law to collect, retain, and in some cases report certain information to state vital records agencies, county health departments, and other government authorities in connection with death certificate filing and cremation permits.
To improve our services. We may use aggregated, de-identified information to analyze usage patterns, improve our website, and enhance the quality of our services.
To protect our legal interests. We may use information to enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, and defend against legal claims.

11. Multi-Entity Structure and State Operations
Everfare LLC (Wyoming) is the parent technology and operations company. We operate through state-level Everfare entities established in each state where we provide services. Each state entity operates in compliance with applicable state funeral service, cremation, and pre-need regulations. Your information may be shared among Everfare entities as necessary to provide services and comply with legal requirements.
The specific Everfare entity responsible for services in your state will be identified in your service agreement. Currently, services in Minnesota are provided through Everfare's licensed funeral establishment at 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley, Minnesota 55124.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.
