Your pre-funded arrangement is backed by a preneed insurance policy issued by United Heritage Life Insurance Company, a licensed and regulated carrier. Your funds are held independently of Everfare's operating accounts, protecting your investment regardless of what happens to our business.
Can I change my plan after I've set it up?
Yes. You can update your preferences at any time. If you've pre-funded your plan, any adjustments to the plan value are handled according to your state's regulations.
What if I move to a different state?
Your pre-funded plan is fully transferable. We'll work with you to ensure your plan remains valid and honored in your new location.
Is there any obligation to pre-fund?
No. You can create a pre-arranged plan without pre-funding it. Pre-funding simply locks in today's pricing and ensures the funds are available when needed.
